The 11kV 100A porcelain cutout fuse is an outdoor equipment used for distribution line protection, providing high mechanical strength and insulation performance through porcelain insulator, supporting 540mm creepage distance, suitable for pollution class III.-IV. areas. Its core features include:
Overload/short-circuit protection: The fuse tube blows under the fault current and automatically falls, forming an obvious break point.
Isolation function: Manually operated lever disconnects the load current for access isolation.
Spot welding process: The fuse tube and the contact are connected by spot welding to ensure low contact resistance (≤50μΩ) and high breaking reliability.
